Charleys Philly Steaks

My husband loves there cheese steaks Sandwiches and they're nacho fries. They put lots of cheesey goodness on the fries. condiments that they use on their sandwiches feel like the right amount to.

I would of gave one start for my service last night. But I gave 2 because there’s usually a woman that works the cash register every time I come. She is the reason for your 2 stars she needs to recogined. I even did a survey on her and asked her if she heard about it, and she said no. So management here is not on my side. She’s awesome! & I hope she becomes recognized for good service.

However, last night I came in and we told the guy we wanted a Philly cheese steak in which he began to ring in the order but before giving him my card I asked him to change the order to the chicken one because i enjoy chicken a lot more plus you can get fries with it. He then told me no I can not change my order because the guy was making it. I was mad that I had to pay for a sandwhich I did NOT want. I should of just walked away. I ended up having to purchase two sandwhiches. The chicken one which I wanted was great however I did NOT like the steak one at all. It was sauggy and not good. I’m disappointed in coming here last night.

UPDATE: My mistake was never corrected but I am changing my 2 stars to 4. I’m not gonna base one bad experience on visiting here.. I love the combo chicken meal with fries! Next time I WILL not change my regular order.
