Domino's Pizza

I'll admit, my experience before this last one was not a great one. My food took way too long to deliver. Today I walked in and saw Katie hard at it! She was taking phone calls, making pizza and made a special effort to make my last experience right. Not only did she do it well but she was very rapid doing so. I have to give a shout out to Jodi aswell, thank you for reaching out and caring about making right a previous bad experience! Thank you, and because of Jodi and Katie, we will be back!

A little disappointed tonight, phone app informs me they can't deliver my area, I'm less than a mile from the store. When I called to tell them the problem, the domino's employee told me to make it for carry out and when it came in he would change it to delivery. Pizza came with mushrooms, which I didn't order. I had to call back to get it delivered, all in all almost one hour from order to my hands. Unable to redeem for my free pizza online. I hope domino's correct all of these issues, soon, please.

I have had pick up and delivery from here and both were good. They got my order correct and it was ready or delivered on time.

***edit*** Went back today to get a free replacement pizza. Toppings were perfect, this time. The young man making the pizzas worked quickly and efficiently. The stuffed cheesy bread I ordered made up for the fact that I had to wait for my pizza to be made despite a puck up time that had long passed. By the time I arrived, good thing it only took less than 10 minutes for the pizza to be made and baked. Still sad that they charge for dipping sauce at this location and no free pepper. Will return but only with a coupon. ***end edit*** First time ordering Dominos in the last 10 years and in this area. I will never go back. The toppings were too sparse and the value is not great. It used to be that you would get a free dipping sauce and pepper with your pizza. I had to pay for the dipping sauce and did not get a pepper. The staff: meh.
