Scappoose Bagel

The food is delicious and always fresh. Sure, they close at 2 pm, but that's probably because they started at 3 am to make everything. They have a great variety of bagels, but usually some other good pastries. It's the bacon scones and gravy that are special to me, but they only have these on Fridays and Saturdays.

Not the best bagels I have ever had. But they are exceptional for anywhere outside of NYC and mind-blowing for a little town like Scappoose.

I moved into town just about a mile away about two years ago and have to strictly limit the frequency of my visits. I would eat here daily if my pants would sanction it.

I usually do an asiago bagel with sausage, egg, pepper jack cheese and garlic cream cheese.

The cookies are usually decent. Though a touch more vanilla and salt would go far.

We’ve really enjoyed watching this place grow over the years. We stop in for bagels for the family at least once a week... recommend getting there early... cause they are super popular and local favorites like the Tribe sell out fast. I started hauling bagels over the hill to my colleagues at work and they rave about them.

Best Bagels ever. My coworkers in Portland love when I bring them. Found out your business also supports/donates to local marching bands. Amazing
