Good down home food. Very friendly & helpful staff. I've seen many reviews saying they had to wait a long time for their food, but we didn't have to wait long & they were decently busy. The carpet & bathrooms could benefit by being updated or deeply cleaned. I had the California Club & it was very good - if you don't like processed guacamole ask them to leave it off or give it to you on the side, like I did. My husband had the 1/2 burger lb & loved it. Nice bun & some good crispy, lightly breaded & fried onions were on it, along with the other stuff that's normally on a burger. He said the French fries were excellent. They were generous with drink refills. We'll likely go back when in the area.
They fit our group of 11 in last minute when everyone was far too busy, the food was great, and they were absolutely AMAZING with my niece and nephew. They were hilarious, cracking jokes with the kids and made the entire experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly appreciate their positive attitudes!
My sister and I went here to have late lunch. The waitress was friendly, it was clean, not horribly busy. It did take a while to get our food but it was worth the wait. We were having a good visit so it wasnt a big deal. It's where the locals go to eat so you know it's good.
We were happy to discover The Station Restaurant on a recent trip to Bandon. The friendly and attentive staff and good food brought us back. The railroad theme is fun and what kid could resist a picture with the resident bear. An added plus was an area we were able to park with our RV while we grabbed breakfast on our way out of town. We will definitely be back.
Every staff member we talked to was very sweet and friendly. I tried the biscuits and gravy which, normally I'm skeptical about gravy because it's usually too much salt and/or pepper or too thin, but the woman who took our order didn't hesitate to ask if i wanted to try a little before i committed to ordering it. And I highly recommend it! Thick and full of flavor (I imagine the chicken fried steak would've been equally delicious 🤤)! I would definitely repeat a visit if we ever make it back to Bandon. Thank you Station staff!
