Portside Cafe

Really good food at this quaint cafe, but the service was not so good. Our young male server could not keep things straight & we had to remind him several times. Probably not the right job for him. Long wait, but food was worth it.

We came in with less than an hour to close. But they were welcoming and even opened a special door for my husband to get his wheelchair inside. I ordered the Philly steak and hubby got the special breakfast which was blueberry pancakes. Breakfast is sold all day here. The food was really tasty, drinks were good, and service? Over the top! Brittany was friendly, efficient, and helpful. She is a keeper. A gem in the little town of Port Orford. Don't miss it if you are in the neighborhood.

I enjoyed a very tasty breakfast here this morning - had the special which was blueberry waffles with a side of egg and sausage. The food came out hot and delivered by the chef himself! The food looked and tasted like it was prepared with care and love. Such a nice welcoming homey atmosphere too. I’ll be back tomorrow!

This is a small restaurant with really good food and friendly employees. I had a great breakfast. It was nice and hot coming out, which means a lot as I don't care for lukewarm over-easy eggs. There's a convenient market attached as well so you can pick up some snacks for the road or other needed items all in one locale.
