We love going here. Matthew is so kind and a real asset to your company. I hope to see him here for many years to come :)

Every time I go there I am completely satisfied with the food,the service,the price,,,,,,,

I usually got to Vancouver, WA location. So to compare, I'd have to say they're still having growing pains as a new franchise. The regular happy go lucky interactions with employees was less than as well as, no requested sauce in bag. So bummed no Chick-fil-A sauce with my usual fries, hi-c and spicy deluxe. Send someone down from Vancouver, WA to school them. Otherwise I'll go back but definitely check bag before I pull away.

The line can be long but they're still fast enough and the food is worth the wait.

I have not come across one fast food place that can contend with Chick-Fil-A in Bend or Redmond. Other restaurants need to take notes because this place has it down! From pulling up to ordering, they listen and are fast and get that order right. Then pulling through the line is a breeze and fast! When I had seen the long line at first I was discouraged but I was through it in such a short time. Then the order was hot and ready with nothing missing. To top it off the most energetic and friendly service. Great job!
