Came out here with some friends the other day and was really impressed with my experience. They have a wide variety on offer, and I ended up getting a selection of tacos. The oaxaca cheese and the lengua tacos were definitely my favorites. Food came out surprisingly quickly considering the size of our group and everything was fresh tasting and delicious. It's a fun little spot to hangout, and somewhere I'll have to try again the next time I'm in Bend.

There food is really good, nice decor, good customer service and nice in warm! I really recommend going maybe not on a weeked because it's really busy. We got a margarita it was overpriced small and too much ice.

Get the plantains!! Awesome tacos, guac, and drinks (NA avail too) in a great outdoor space with a funky, local vibe and friendly staff. Service is extremely quick. This is a spot for $3-4 boutique tacos, do not come here expecting anything else. If you're up for that, you'll enjoy it. Only gripe I have is they mix the onions and cilantro, so you can't get one without the other. The tacos are still great without, so I have come around to it. Get the plantains!!

From the margaritas to the tacos, El Sancho is hands down my favorite place to go grab a bite and drinks with friends.
