Incredible! We LOVE being able to enjoy the food, the student staff... they're so talented and excited to do a great job. Our meals have all been so delicious too.

Great food at great prices. Everything is at a calm pace so be patient, like if you're out for a fancy dinner. The food we had was prepared by the instructors and was excellent. I will be back at least every quarter as the menu changes. Lunch only. Reservations highly recommended.

Elevation is fantastic! The food is excellent, the room is well appointed and tastefully decorated, the service is outstanding.. and.. wait for it... you can actually hear your dinner conversations!! You would never know that students do the whole show, it's very professional; actually better than 95% of the restaurants in Bend.
I highly recommend the seared scallop appetizer- its out of sight delicious. Everything on the menu is worth trying, knock yourself out. Just save room for the lemon tart!
