First time here, prepare for a bit of a wait but definitely worth it. The red cactus margarita is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the price. I had the shredded beef chimichanga and cheese enchilada, was very tasty and didn't have an after bite, like red sauce can give off. The atmosphere is very busy and kinda loud but it was still nice, my friends and I didn't have to scream to talk to them. Our server AJ was super nice and very welcoming. He came and checked on us at the perfect times, not pushy at all. Even bought a dinner for my husband and he was happy with his meal.

The Tamarind margarita was the best part of my experience. The sever was super nice and very attentive. I would say the grounded beef in my tacos was a bit greasy for my taste, so I would probably try a different meat next time. Great environment and people for sure!

Great food with excellent outside seating even on a cool windy evening. What we enjoy when we visit Bend is the different varieties of Mexican cuisine. We will visit the next time we are in the Bend area.

Dinner on New Year's eve was very good. They were very gracious about fitting us in when we made late reservations. I was more than satisfied all around. Steak and fish tacos were very good & somewhat unique. La Rosa tries new seasonings and flavors that really work. We will be more than happy to return at any time.
