    The service was excellent. Our waitress Delores was killer. I loved her vibe and she was on top of everything. She would get 5 stars! She’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise it would be less. Sadly, even though it was slow, the food took forever and still came out cold. I don’t know if something was going on behind the scenes that we were unaware of, but we waited almost 40 minutes for our food only to receive it cold. Kudos to Delores though. We loved her.

    The burgers are good and the servers are usually super nice. This is a decent franchise and better than most I have gone to else where. The family and I enjoy taking our kids here because they always get to eat a bunch and our youngest loves the bottomless mac n cheese
