The sushi is always very good here. I've never been disappointed for the many times I have dined here. The staff is very professional and the fish is always the freshest and of the highest quality. Don't miss this jewel in downtown Redmond!

Food was excellent. This was about 12:30pm went in for lunch. Service was extremely poor. Seemed like everyone working in the front of house has no idea what they were doing. My date and I stood waiting to be seated or even greeted for about 8 minutes while plenty of staff walked past us, ignoring our presence. It wasn’t until we stopped someone and asked if we needed to put our name’s on a list to get a table before some staff finally said anything to us. Shockingly, they had tables available and seated us as soon as we asked. From there service continued to be slow. Lunch overall took almost 2 hours. Mostly waiting on ordering, once the order was placed the food came quickly. The food was good, and the fish was fresh. The service is the only thing that prevents me from making this a regular spot.

Some of the best food I've ever had. Oishi never misses. You can see the passion the owners have for their craft. Great service, great food, great dine-in experience, great delivery system. And, the best sushi I've ever had after several years as a sushi lover in coastal California cities.
