Best Mexican and Latin food in Central Oregon. The Mezcal shrimp tacos are fantastic. This place knows what they are doing. Great to see this level of food coming to Redmond. You might pay a few dollars more than at other Mexican places in Bend or Redmond (you might not) but you'll get much better quality here than at the others. I live in San Diego, home to an incredible array of high-quality Latin food, and if this restaurant was in SD I would frequent it.

It's pricey compared to my other spots but honestly the food is on a whole different level than other spots. This place has great ingredients, delicious food, and I try to hit it up whenever I'm in Redmond. You will find things here you can't get elsewhere.

Plates are hot! Be careful.

Appears to be a very popular place, as we arrived at 3:50 in the afternoon and we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. But the wait was worth it. The food is fantastic and the service phonominal. The menu is way beyond your normal "Mexican" restaurant "food." Try it. You'll love it.

Delicious food across the menu. We have been several times and tried different options. Chicken was great, skirt steak was perfectly cooked, and drinks were fun and tasty. Be sure to try the octopus appetizer!

Since discovering Xalisco a few months ago we've been dining our way thru the menu as often as we can. An incredible and diverse array of offerings of Latin cuisine, not just from Mexico. The flavors are incredible and the presentation five star every time... Probably the best offering in Bend or Redmond, definitely the most interesting.

Great drinks, appetizers and desserts. The staff is wonderful and the chef incredible. We've been turning friends and out of town guests on to this restaurant with every one of them having only the best to say... Loving everything they try.

Highly recommend checking them out...I think you will be pleasantly amazed and delighted.
