Chops Bistro

We always have a fabulous time here - the Italian Monday menu is always great - and what a deal with delicious appetizers, a huge salad and mouth-watering mains. All year round, the food is consistent and delish; cocktails a delight and a great wine menu. Come on out and support!

We had the most amazing New Years Eve dinner at Chops! Wonderful menu and great wine selection. The 6 of us had a lovely table in the corner to the right of the fireplace so it was very cozy. We actually closed the place! Thanks to Marci for the excellent service!

This letter is to first compliment Riley for her superb customer service the night we discovered Chops! What a delight it was to be met at the door by her, with: “Jim?” And then ushered to the “intimate” table my husband had earlier requested. It was my favorite: right in front of the Christmas-decorated fireplace, and there was even a Christmas tree with all its lovely trimmings!

Then the Amazing happened! From our Cocktails, to our Appetizers, to our Salads, to our Entrees and even Desserts! We were blown away! And Riley continued to “Wow” us throughout with her service!

Btw, Riley, we are making Chops’ Moscow Mules at home now, and giving all the credit to Chops’ special Bartender, and the High Standard he, you and the Owners uphold.

We may not be able to frequent Chops as much as we’d like, living in the Portland area; but we will pass on our experience to friends and family; and look forward to visiting on our next respite to Sisters! Keep doing what you’re doing, because you are Outstanding!
