The food is made in a food truck, and there is seating inside the building that it is parked next to. The food is fresh and so good. The staff is super friendly. I will definitely be back

Being Hispanic it is difficult to find delicious Mexican food in Roseburg. Lily’s is our family favorite. Always delicious and great service, super clean restaurant. Just simply the best in town!

This place just opened up recently. I came in around dinner time to order a couple plates. The meals were made to go super fast. When I got home the food was piping hot and incredibly delicious. So nice to have a great food option open up that has such great food. I can't wait to come back and try something different. For now I can say the green chicken enchiladas were amazing. Thank you for all you do. You guys ROCK!

RAVE! Lilly's Mexican Cuisine was delicious! The food was hot and yummy, the inside was clean and welcoming! Before we left Lilly was inside asking customers about their meal and if they enjoyed it, I have worked in the food industry for a long time and I havent seen ANYONE do that before! It proves to me that she loves the food she serves and wants to make the experience great for everyone! The employees were so nice and on top of everything! I cant wait to go back and I highly recommend them if your looking for a quick bite to eat!

This is the closest non chain food to my work. I had been meaning to stop in for a while but hadn't, then a good friend posted a very good review yesterday so I decided today was the day.

I came at 230 on a taco Tuesday and was the only one in line. I ordered 4 tacos to give them a fair trial. I had one each of the carnitas, al pastor, Carne asada, and birria. I didn't get charged extra for sour cream or hot sauce like a few reviews said they did. The tacos came out in minutes and I was on my way back to work. All 4 tacos came out to 11 bucks due to taco Tuesday pricing. Very good value imo.

The tacos are very good sized and are filling. The carnitas is very good, a bit under seasoned for me but still excellent. The al pastor was my favorite. Nice and flavorful. Carne asada was excellent as well. Not greasy or chewy. Birria was great, lots of juice in that one. Very messy but worth it. Both red and green sauces were very nice as well.

I was impressed by my visit and will be back for my lunches more often than I should lol.
