    In A Nutshell:

    -True Kitchen is arguably the most popular restaurant in Roseburg.
    -It's a quintessential American fare restaurant serving up the classic protein, seafood, veggies & cocktails in a well-decorated space.

    Overall if you want a to take a date out or people visiting you or if you are just in the area looking for a nice place to eat, I would take them here.

    I’ve been privileged to dine at some pretty swank establishments, but I have to say True Kitchen is a gem. Had several apps and the short ribs. Also had the fillet which they do via Sous vide. The shrimp and grits appetizer is incredible, I came back a second time and an entire portion for dinner. Great cocktails also! A+ 10/10 would highly recommend.

    Mixed drinks were excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The braised short rib dish was amazing. Recommend making reservations, since it was quite full but easily the best restaurant in town.

    I've been here twice, once for dine in and once for take out. I was very satisfied both times. The food is incredible, I had the braised short rib. My dinner guests RAVED about the French fries. Crab cakes were some of the best I've had. All around great experience. Best food around.

    If you are in The Roseburg area and you want a fine dining experience this is a great choice. There is a good variety of choices for different tastes but I have a hard time not choosing the braised short rib because it never misses. The cocktails are well made and the service is really good
