Nellie’s Deli & Tap House

Fresh, fresh, fresh. Friday clam chowder delicious. A nice variety of “different” sandwiches. Pricy, but what isn’t nowadays. Clean. Friendly staff. You must give it a try....you won’t be disappointed.

What a great place to have lunch or dinner. I went in this afternoon, they were getting ready for dinner, even though they were busy cleaning up after lunch they were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. They are a great team.
I would give them at least 12 stars.

One of my favorite places. Great food, wonderful staff! Cool country decor, I always find something interesting that I missed before.

After working here for over 3 years, I can attest that the food is always superior to any other local restaurant in the area. The owners are fantastic people and take great pride in what they do. If you have a chance to come in, for the millionth time or first, local or tourist, THIS IS THE PLACE. This is by far the absolute cleanest kitchen and food prep area I’ve ever worked in, so your food will always be fresh and never out of date. Oh, and come hungry. You won’t want to leave a crumb behind (especially those in-house smoked ribs with house made BBQ sauce).
Only reason I left was because of family issues and life likes to throw wrenches in the mix, but you best believe I miss this place like family and hope to be back, as a customer or as a employee once more! I will always refer to Nellie’s Deli & Tap House as THE best restaurant in Douglas County!! :-)

Delicious food. Friendly and efficient staff. Fast service. Never talked to anyone who got something they didn't love there. Food wise everything is good and if you get a special you get a lot of food. I recommend avoiding the peach tea...unless you love super sweet tea.
