The Apple Peddler Restaurant

When my meal came (Liver & Onions), I was scared, thin sliced liver is hard to get right.
I had no reason to worry, cooked to perfection and juicy not at all dried out.
Onions were perfect also.
The 4 🌟 is because I quit eating canned Peas when I started buying my own groceries.
Speaking of canned, along with the Peas was the Salsa my wife had with her Nachos, if the gravy wasn't canned it had been simmering way too long.
That said, Nothing could take anything away from the Liver.🥰

I should have read the last months worth of reviews before we ate. Seems like it's real up and down.(see below) The only reason for 2 stars is the pleasant staff. As for the food, don't bother. Better off across the road at the arches.

11 months since the last review. Came in tonight with a group that wanted to go here because it was close. Greatly improved. Chowder was good with lots of clams and everyone enjoyed their meals. Steak, fish, chicken, and biscuits and gravy breakfast. I read the recent reviews and 3 weeks ago they started training a new cook and the reviews have been consistently good ever since. Talked to the young man and he has never cooked before. He was a dishwasher who is learning from the best cook in the place. Remarkable improvement. The staff are still as pleasant as ever so with this change it will be a place to come back to.

Great breakfast experience. We had our 16 month old with us and they immediately brought us a little thing of fruit for her, just because they are amazing. I had a classic French Toast that was delicious and my husband had a good omelet. Also, they have great hot chocolate. Definitely would go back if we are in the area again.

Apple Peddler is one of my favorites, the staff is always friendly, the service is always good, and the food is great!

Another great dinner!! The fish and chips are excellent!! Our wait person was very friendly, and efficient. My mom and I didn't have wait for refills, and our food came out fast and delicious!!
