I just had the best fettuccine alfredo I have had in years, and it was the side dish. The main dish was the best rib eye I have ever had. It was prepared perfectly and melt in your mouth tender.

I would have been pleased with a main dish of the fettuccine and chicken, which is on the menu. However the smells invading brain had me committed to a steak 2 blocks away.

The staff was very friendly and attentive without getting in the way of our conversation. The place was packed and from what I could see every table got the same personal attention. One server took a group pic for a group that was celebrating.

If you find yourself in Hood River and want a great steak, shrimp, or a platter of fettuccine swing into the Mesquitery. You won't be sorry.

Terrific steak restaurant with some offerings for any taste. Great food and service with an open grill so one can watch the chef prepare your meal. Moderately expensive.

Great experience here this evening. Haven't been here for over 15 years (not sure why), but stopped by to give it a try. Service and the people were wonderful and the facility was clean and organized. Very impressive operation!! I had the French dip which was very good, but my wife had a peach and chicken salad which was a special...it was quite amazing!! Definitely a stop we will be back to in less than 15 years this time!! Thank you.
