Mugen Noodle

Good solid variety of noodles. Broth is flavorful. Noodles themselves are a good texture, chewy without being stiff.

One of my favorite dining experiences in HR. Great variety of menu items and noodles spanning different flavor profiles. Ordered the black garlic chin tan ramen — broth was deep and flavorful, noodle texture was perfectly bouncy. Lovely and attentive service. Highly recommend, and will be back soon :)

Great noodles, very interesting menu. The takoyaki was also excellent. Nice patio, very friendly service.

Very happy to run into this place. If they have it on the menu I recommend the Tori Paitan, which is a time intensive dish that is very flavorful and well presented. My child loved the Kid's Chicken Katsu dish, and my wife loved the Takoyaki and the Jiro Style Ramen. The staff is very friendly and the view is great. Would recommend stopping in to eat if you are in the area.

So pleasantly surprised by this new place. Ordered the medium spicy ramen with pork - so delicious, good amount of spice. Thai iced tea was also excellent (and I don’t even like Thai iced tea). Even the egg rolls were fresh and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would go back.
