Took my daughter there and we shared a sweet and a savory crêpe, it was delicious!!! We had the chicken pesto and the weekly special which was a pistachio ice cream and pistachio homemade crêpe. It was delicious. Ill cheated on my diet for her homemade pistachio ice cream anytime!!! Ty Kat for an excellent time. We will be back for more!! Can’t wait to see what you whip up next time!!
Crazy good crepes w/ extra-fresh fillings!
Crazy cat ladies (like myself), dog lovers (also like myself), kids of all ages, and anyone who loves fresh ingredients -- whether it be sweet or savory -- and appreciates time-crafted recipes handed down thru generations, will go cray for Kat's Crepes.
I'd been hearing rave reviews for weeks before spying her truck at Kingston Dispensary (Ashland) on my morning walk with the dog yesterday, dying to try the lemon/blueberry-filled (topped with fresh whipped cream, OMG), although it was a tough choice between savory or sweet, and then how to choose when every item tantalizes the tastebuds and intrigues the senses? (All the more reasons to keep coming back!)
Seriously THE best crepe I've ever had (even in the big cities), with the perfect balance of flavors, and pillowy soft -- not too thick but still holds together. Naturally sweet from the fresh fruit, the lovely lemon filling -- and I'm picky about lemon filling -- isn't too sweet/thick, and has the perfect amount of tartness, then the blueberries burst in your mouth (not all macerated from added sugar), which is always fun.
And...More than just killer crepes, Kat's Italian sodas are eye candy that's pure passion for the palate -- and the perfect pop of fun for a sunny day!🍭
The Kingston venue offers a minimalist upscale, but totally chill, vibe, with myriad fire- and fountain-side tables, ample parking and easy freeway access (south exit). The fully restored building transports you to a time when life was simpler and moved at a slower pace, the perfect backdrop for a meal that's also a modern take on a timeless classic.
A 100% worthwhile experience!👍👍
I love crepes and have been missing my old crepe shop so I was so excited to find this place! I wanted a savory crepe but was hoping for some different ingredients so I got a sweet one. It was HUGE and way more than any one person should eat haha. Heads up the menu at the truck is different than on Instagram. With tip my dessert crepe was $19 so...I'll maybe be back if they get some fresh basil or could offer a smaller size.
My husband tried the special which was a breakfast burrito 🌯 style crepe; he loved it enough to not speak one word while he ate it, which means he loved it. 😃 I had the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake crepe and loved every bite. I can't wait to go back and try a savory crepe next. Kat has several of both sweet and savory crepes, so everyone can have their favorite. Plus there's a special every week.
Very cute food truck, really sweet owner, and delicious Crepes. I got a Bavarian Dream with added strawberries. Presentation was pretty and was a good size. Definitely did my crepe craving justice. You can get a to go clear sleeve that has handles.
