I would rate it five stars but I never win there
I know the house is always supposed to win, but since the house is the state of Oregon, which is to say the house is MY house, it doesn't have to win by such large margins. Also, it seems that the private businesses who run the lottery are talking too big a margin which is neither going to improve the quality of experience for the gamers nor to the paychecks of the employees who operate those establishments.
Nice clean place. Very friendly staff! All in all a great experience. Can't wait to come back! Thank you
