Chick-fil-A

We eat here regularly because it's super convenient to order on the app and grab a table with my daughter during the week. Usually the food is hot and great, but two consistent issues:
1) there is a hostess (Ms. Pat?) who I am still confused by. Every. Single. Time. she fails to recognize us and lectures me on how I can trade the toy for dessert, and really should. She also scolds me if I'm not "fast" enough to take my drinks out of the cardboard carrier, because apparently she needs it back asap for other orders. On Halloween week, we got a long story about how she didn't like dressing up and was forced to wear a headband (again, I'm trying to eat lunch with my daughter). Most recently, my toddler asked if she could have a hand wipe and we were told those were ONLY given at the end of the meal and she would come back (she did, but wouldn't give out a wipe/mint... Only wanted our drink container).
2) ordering on the app seems slower than just going in the drive thru or at the counter. We routinely wait 15+ min for the order.

The dining area was impeccably clean, the hostesses were constantly sanitizing tables and chairs, taking out the trash, and even delivering trays to tables. The trash was super cool and has a motion sensor to open. The tables have fresh flowers on them and all the staff was very pleasant and kind. Our order came out quickly and was correct.
I was really impressed, they were swamped with people, the drive thru line was out to the street, but you would never know it with how quick and nice everything was. This Chick-fil-a reminds me of the one I used to visit as a kid with my grandparents. Good job!

The food was great and customer service superb! I did feel a little bad for the workers having to be outside it that hot weather, but they sure killed it! Our order was on point and even with being busy they got it out quickly. The chicken is so juicy and the Mac and cheese is really good as well, their fries are also super yummy.

Arrived right before lunch items available, the crew said yes they could take our order but it would be just a little bit due to change over. It was out to us pretty dang quick and with the BEST customer service!! The new young man training (forgot his name) did a GREAT JOB and had a nice smile to boot. Thank you 😊
