Fatso’s Cheketos

Left here so damn full in the best damn way. Food was healthy, high quality & scrumptious. John the Chef is an artist; passionate about health and cuisine and that really shines through in both his food and personality. Very glad I found this spot and will definitely be back

My first time trying Fatso’s and I was very impressed. The chicken Asiago was so full of flavor and was absolutely delicious. The bbq “beans” were good, as well. There was a bit of a wait, which I didn’t mind. There was plenty of space to sit and wait.

I've been coming here for almost a year now and it is stellar every single time!! Friendly owners and delicious keto food. Today's chaffle burger and jalapeno popper soup was especially amazing!!

I am so happy to finally find a keto food truck in town. Owner is extremely polite and just a overall a good person. The food was sooo good and I can't wait to try more on the menu.

Awesome experience with upstanding owner and great food. Menu is inventive and original. Everything is keto/low carb friendly, priced great, made with quality ingredients and passion. I highly highly recommend.
