In-N-Out Burger

I've been several fast food places in the last couple of months and I've noticed in many places the customer service is very poor compared to how it used to be. Employees are less inviting, rush you to order, and don't really care about retaining customers. However, here at In- N- Out in medford,OR, even though they are always busy, they always provide good service. Things like greeting you when you come in, giving you time to order (it's a simple menu so its not too hard to pick), holding the door open for you if they're on their way out, all add up! They were organized, working at a fast pace, but never let up on their cleanliness because the place was still in good shape. Usually there's a line though, a LOT of people come here, especially for drive through.

We had a great experience. Tons of people were there but we still managed to get seats and our food pretty quickly. They greeted our group over the loudspeaker. Also gave everyone hats. One very nice fellow wrote this message on a hat for our scoutmaster. Totally great In n Out.

The burgers are delicious, the fries are amazing, highly recommend animal style. Drink, I get a 3/4 7up and 1/4 lemonade, it's perfect. The wait was only about 7 minutes to get our food, and the staff was absolutely amazing and all friendly and happy. The restrooms were clean and no wait.
Hubby flew he and I from Gresham to come enjoy a good ol' in n out burger. Was 110% worth the couple hour flight. We will in fact do it again. Keep it up, and don't forget to grab a t shirt if you don't have one🍔🙂

Food was great and the shakes were amazing like always. Service was fast and friendly.

They were pretty busy and staff was super friendly. Was nice that you could see the employees constructing the burgers and didn't just smear on spaces sloppily. Food was great and we sat outside with our puppy.
