Texas Roadhouse

Been a while since we've been to a Texas Roadhouse as we don't have one local to us. Joined the wait list before heading to the restaurant, so we didn't have a long wait once there. It did seem to take a while for our orders to arrive though.

Food was good. We had the cactus blossom (bloomin' onion ripoff) for appetizer. I had the road kill and my wife had a steak salad. My only complaint is on the side of vegetables as the carrots were not very cooked, however the broccoli was perfect. My wife's complaint was that the steak was cooked too much and didn't have enough pink. Serving size was good and she was unable to finish the salad.

Great food. Great service, Kimberly. This was our first time at a Texas Roadhouse. Waite was 25 min. Once seated we were in and out of there in a hour. (deserts to go). 2 meals, 2 deserts, 1 soda, 1 adult drink just under $60 not including tip.

Our only complaint is that it's really loud so you can't hear your companion without straining.

Good vibe, we enjoyed our food but it took an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered. The onion bloom was better than Outback Steakhouse's, they also serve you bread when you arrive with a sweet butter and you can take peanuts to go.
