    We were the only car there told to park to the side and still waited about 20 minutes but at least our order was correct for the most part.

    My experience here has varied over the last 18 months. Good, bad, in between, as far as service. Food has always been good. Tonight, things were spot on with super friendly, upbeat, pro-active customer service with a smile.... one I could see despite the mask the gal was wearing (why a mask still, I'm not sure, but whatever lol).

    Great customer service. My first time ever trying Arby's and I have to say that brisket burger I had was delicious. Definitely stopping by next time I'm traveling that way.
