Great place to stop by for a bite to eat on our way to Oregon. Everything we got off the menu was exquisite -- it really is what they claim: "where the west meets the south to create a delicious taste in your mouth." Don't quote me on that. The veggie burger was great, especially with some Louisiana hot sauce, we also got some wings for appetizer and the kids size mac and cheese (both of which were also delicious, especially with the General Tso's sauce). The grilled cheese was as good as they come.
The staff was very friendly and attentive, they made us feel at home. The bathroom was also pretty cool, there's chalk to write messages for the next guest. Would highly recommend and come back again. They also pick up every phone call (had to call them twice to confirm hours and location).
Oh, and I think they were formerly The Funky Kitchen and now go by The Replay.
The people are wonderful the food is AMAZING!!
Like it says on the menu “Winner winner chicken dinner.” The chicken was great. Lots of choices for sides and appetizers, which were also tasty. And great service and very friendly.
I haven't given a 5-star rating in a long, long time. If I could I would give this place 6.
I had the cajun mac and cheese, K had the shrimp and grits. Both were exceptionally good, fresh ingredients, locally made sausage, superb shrimp. I dont even like grits but I would eat these anytime.
Large servings, too.
A happy, attentive staff really makes a difference and you'll find that kind
Highly recommended! Seriously, if you're close to CJ, don't pass this place by.
Note that the name is now Replay.
To borrow the slogan of another 5-star eatery, "Never don't stop at Replay"
If you happen to find yourself in this small town, do yourself a favor and eat here. Food is DELICIOUS. Literally the BEST mashed potatoes I have ever had. My husband got their chicken tenders and the breading was delicious and the chicken was real breast meat and super moist. Ypu get HUGE portions. The Cajan Mac n Cheese hit the spot too. The staff is super friendly. You feel like you are eating dinner at a friend's house. A friend that can cook some serious comfort food!
