Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The all you can eat fries are always great
The food came out very fast (granted there was very few customers)
But out of 2 burgers ordered, 1 came out, just wrong. Luckily it was tasty still :)
I'll be going back, and if the orders come out properly, we'll move the stars as appropriate.
Another saving grace is the fries being requested before the burgers (like chips before a meal at a Mexican restaurant)

The food was good. They forgot the lettuce and tomato from my burger but someone brought me a plate with it on it so I could just add it. They were busy and seemed like maybe a little short handed for how busy they were. However the didn't just ignore us we ended up getting help from like at least 3 different people while there. So maybe if anyone is looking for work in the area lol

Edit: the owner called to follow up on our experience. He was very kind and apologetic. I really appreciate the extra effort to makeup for it and that it wasn't some typical generated email. We will definitely be back and look forward to a better time. I'm updating the stars because of how personal he was. Thanks again!

Horrible service. We spent most of the time trying to get our servers attention so we could get forgotten food and our check. We couldn't find our waitress once it was time to pay so we tried to go up front. Told we couldn't pay there, tried to pay at the bar, told nope. They took our check to a manager so she could cash us out. She processed it AT THE BAR where we were told we couldn't do it at. The only reason they get 3 stars is because my kids like the chicken strips they got. There needs to be better training or more waitresses to customers ratio.

This restaurant has always been horribly loud, with architecture that amplifies noisy happy kids. We hesitate to eat indoors but our cold rainy mothers day made that impossible. We chose a booth in the bar and while eating the truly delicious burgers, and a tower of onions, we could actually hear each other talk

I absolutely love Red Robin! Good food! Friendly Staff! Great Atmosphere! Voodoo Fries... 😍😍😍!!!!
