My family and friends have been coming here since they opened, so Wild River is as much nostalgia as it is a place we continue to go because of the atmosphere and friendly service. Things I enjoy about Wild River:
- Family friendly environment
- Accessible
- Tasty Food & Treats
- Some outdoor seating options
It can get busy, so their can be a wait if their are large tables present. I say this only for those who may be on a time schedule for something and you visit during a super busy time. If there's ever been an issue with an order it has always been quickly remedied with our server.
We stopped off on a rainy day primarily for beer tasting. We ended up each ended up getting lunch. Everything was good. Some items were really excellent, however.
I would particularly recommend the Stromboli. The Barbecued Chicken Pizza was also great.
The beer was good but not great. None of them are really worth mentioning.
Pizza was good and beer was only $3 a pint. Just be ready for the weirdest cut pizza you've probably had in awhile. 4 stars because it's the only place we've eaten in this town & it's good for a small town but not exactly a must try destination.
Last minute decision as they have food later than the other brewery options in town. The restaurant was well lit with good beer options. We loved how they chopped the pizza in bite size pieces. The pizza pictured is a medium size, which we thought was pretty big. We also Ordered the lasagna. They make all their own breads and pasta noodles in house. They also get the sausage locally. The smoked salmon ravioli looked tasty! We would definitely return to try the breads and in house desserts. The service was great...lots of indoor seating.
When back for a second time to try the homemade bread. This was disappointing. They were out of rye and the wheat was like a wheat bun from a pack of 8...nothing special. I expected more from how it’s marketed as a perk of their restaurant
