This Brand New Burger King location on West 11th and all the employees that I've had any experience with in my opinion are a breath of fresh air. It seems that each and every one of them go above and beyond to truly make for a great customer service experience the food's always hot and fresh and if there happens to be by chance and accidental mistake they are quick to rectify it with a smile

Larger then your average BK food is fresher. Modern Cola pick your flavor machine. Fast service even to low pay coupon uses and all nuts special request satisfied with no compliant have fresh burger made inside took maybe 5 minutes to cook a fresh and make it. You might think they just used a pre-made but this was breakfast hours they hadn't start cooking meet they dont need in the morning.I have worked in a several Burger kings before as a shift leader this store was extremely clean service top-notch.

Missed a fries in the drive thru. Only received 4 of 5 fries orders. Called and the supervisor/ manager on duty was very kind and receptive to hearing me. Offered to replace. I took all the remaining not hot fries back and she replaced them all with a smile. Thank you, kind supervisor! You helped to end my sh*t storm of a day on a positive note and with hot fries.

Just wanna say that the workers here are very kind, good is hot and pretty fast. Went to a location in Burger King and the burgers were cold, service was rude and the guy at the window taking cash and putting napkins in bags had very long dirty nails and fingers. So appreciate my experience here not being that lol
