Flame'N'Ray's Southern Vegan Kitchen

Wow! Today was my first time trying Flaming Rays they sever breakfast all day! So I ordered the biscuits and country gravy. It was AMAZING!! A bit spicy but it was so good. I will absolutely be coming back!

I am an avid meat eater, and love a good burger any day of the week. I’ve never been a huge fan of impossible meat, but I was blown away by how good this burger tasted. It was hands down in the top 3 burgers I’ve ever eaten in this town. Would highly recommend.

OMG....These people know how to bake. I had the Sausage breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was amazing, light and fluffy, just amazing. My hubby had the burger it was awesome! Pasta salad wonderful. Brought home a scone , it was lovely. Highly recommend you give them a try.

My wife and I were excited for the new possibilities here! The chickpea salad sandwich was absolutely amazing; fresh tasting and lovingly put together on a great cibatta roll that held everything together without getting soggy. The house burger was outstanding as well, a pretzel bun was chosen for that one. The onion jam and special sauce generated audible groans of pleasure especially. My wife isn't a slaw eater but completely finished the side slaw! Everything was too darn good.

The best vegan food cart in Eugene! The best biscuits and gravy in town. The gravy has a little heat which works really well.

I tried their mixed berry cobbler for dessert and it was perfection.

The prices are good, and the owners are great people. Even if you aren't vegan, this place is worth trying.
