(December 30, 2019, 8:04 am)Ran outta gas on west 11th and coasted into there parking lot, i had forgot my wallet at home and while i was waiting for my wife to come save me the manager brought me out a couple cheeseburgers and ice waters for free! Really nice employees and great customer service!!!

(December 22, 2019, 10:00 pm)Tasty burger! Dark parking lot which employees said was a city of Eugene issue. Didn't feel safe for walking or leaving the vehicle. Floors slippery due to grease in the ordering and eating area.

(December 18, 2019, 3:12 pm)The burger was not warm and the bun was stale. My curly fries seemed half fresh half old. My bacon cheddar potatoe wedges were great and service was faster then usual. I will return but I am going to be talking to the manager about my burger .

(December 2, 2019, 5:36 pm)Wasnt impressed with the secret sauce. No hamburger option, I had to pay for cheese I didn't want. Lettuce was crisp, burger was decently juicy, service was speedy enough.
