    After watching the Taco Chronicles on Netflix, I set about trying to find the best tacos Al pastor in Lane county. As far as I can tell, this place has it and it's not even close. They're not the traditional style where it's roasted on a vertical spit schwarma style, they're the more modern style featuring flavors of adoba and pineapple. The tortillas are finished on an open flame when you order. The lady who runs it is beyond friendly, and seems to know at least half of her customers. The dining area is spartan but enclosed, protected from the elements. The hours are somewhat problematic, but make sense given the nature of the location. It's absolutely worth the effort. It's my favorite place for lunch.
