(September 13, 2019, 3:45 pm)Patty's on 4 corners is a typical deli. Your odds of winning are exactly the same as any other Oregon Lottery vendor.
Pros: Ample Parking, Free Soda, huge selection of Scratch off lottery products and ATM is up and running more than its "out of service".
Cons: This location has more people loitering than others I've been to recently.
Seems to always be having police activity in parking area.
The place could be much Cleaner and updated a bit. -
