    Staff were amazing, wait times are good. Every time we go there we have an issue of some kind, but our most recent visit raised the bar. There was an issue with my order, but the waitress was super friendly and accommodating in fixing it.

    Three stars because the staff was really good. And that's the only reason. I ordered the $18 t bone. What I got was a thin piece of meat with 3 bones, in the the shape of a "t", on the side of it.
    A t bone has tenderloin on one side of the bone and NY strip on the other.
    I ordered mid rare but got it almost raw. It was blue. Which, really wasn't the cook's fault. It was pathetically thin. Impossible to cook medium rare. Was going to be over or under no matter what. She did the best she could.

    When I arrived at the Shari’s on west 11th ave in Eugene, Ashley the manager made me feel very welcome. She was warm and inviting and her amazing work ethic and professionalism was outstanding! I would definitely recommend This Shari’s location to everyone I know. Thanks again Ashley!

    I'm giving Shari's a 5 star because of our waitress. I was having a "Monday" morning and Eli handled me perfectly. Food was great but my attitude not so great. She was awesome, made me realize my attitude :-) just want to say thanks to Eli and all the waitresses for putting up with a lot of attitudes!
