Subway

This is a great Subway location with super staff!

If you have not yet experienced the new Jalapeno cheese bread or their egg breakfast choices, do yourself a favorite and give it a shot. I enjoyed breakfast maybe more than their noon on choices.

I am a fan for days of Subway, but disappointed to find that when I picked up my on line ordered tuna wrap, I decided to add a salad as it indicated an add'l minimal charge when included with a sandwich. Thinking this most reasonable, I proceeded to do just that. I mentioned that I had intended to order it with the wrap, but forgot.

When the salad was done, I assumed that the cost was, as posted on the drive through outside menu board, $1.39. Needless to say, when I was told it was $6.78, I was taken aback and when I questioned the posted price for a salad with an ordered wrap, the staff member told me that price was only applicable on line.

She apologized several times for my misunderstanding, though I wondered why it was also posted on the drive through menu board, as well. Didn't ask, took wrap and salad and am clear I won't do that again.

If this is the protocol, then indicate it in writing, on line and on the drive through menu board with the appropriate explanation. Otherwise, it is an unsatisfying surprise that the customer is neither aware or appreciative of receiving! Not good business from a company that I have always found customer friendly.????????????

Good store. It's a Subway, typical Subway sandwiches. Fresh and usually friendly service.

I asked for 3 slices of turkey, I was only given 4 slices. with the extra slice added it made my day. I thought my life was complete after all these years of eating at subway and only ordering bread and 3 slices of turkey. thank you subway workers for making america happier again ;)
