Texas Roadhouse

Portions and Price are on point! My filet was perfectly medium rare, and my shrimp was seasoned to perfection! Great staff, and being from Texas it felt right at home. Thanks guys!

This place is always good. They're also usually busy. We put ourselves on the waiting list when we left home, checked in when we arrived and still waited about 10 minutes. Not a big deal! Good service, normal roadhouse style food. They don't / didn't have peanuts on the floor. Thankfully. Their adult drinks are small, which is disappointing, considering you pay 8.00 for one. Our appetizer never arrived. They did take it off our bill, and they were very apologetic. I felt bad for our waitress. Even with limited seating, she seemed to be very stressed while trying to keep up. Good food, but, due to the current climate, I felt like they were a little harried.

I have been here a handful of times and I have not once had a bad experience. I can faithfully and easily give this restaurant five stars. I visited again tonight and that was the first time back since covid19 world has started but that didn't take away any of the fine services here. Our waiter tonight was Steve and he was amazing. We never had an empty drink because he was on top of those refills, continued to bring fresh warm bread to the table and got us take out boxes and bags. He was so helpful and did a great job explaining certain items on the menu and then also gave us his opinion of the best dishes. I also had a blended peach margarita with sugar on the rim and it was very nicely put together.

I go there often and the food is always excellent. BUT I went to the Eugene location last night. I paid with cash. Without notice or comment by the waittress, I was brought back only paper change. Nothing was said as to the fact that they don't give accurate change, which would have allowed me a chance to pay with my credit card. They just shorted me the change without a word. I didn't like this. Don't think I'll go back.

If you enjoy and love eating meat in a friendly and dynamic environment without luxury, this place, Texas Roadhouse will be on your favorite list. It is in mine already!
I granted a five stars because I sincerely enjoyed tasting their dishes and my wife their margaritas as well as the staff were very helpful all the time.
My order was a Sirloin well done and it was a food choice. Panning to go soon!
