I was walking back to my car when I happened upon this food truck by accident. I was looking for lunch and it was my fortune to be in the right place at the right time. I had The Porker sandwich which had great complimentary flavors. Never had anything that tasted like it. The apricot mixture a great sweet tanginess with the savory components. Everything is fresh made and the owner was very friendly.

The absolute best sandwich I've ever had. I saw through space and time while eating the porker sandwich! Everything about this place screams expert quality cooking. Skip the line at Tacovore one of these days and have your mind blown at Zandos!

This food truck is amazing and has some of the best food in Eugene period! I was visiting from Minnesota and I honestly ate here each day I was in town in order to try something new. The “porker” sandwich is one of the most unique and best tasting sandwiches I have ever had (savory pork with sweet apricot chutney—so, so good). The fried chicken sandwich is the perfect level of spicy, and the added veggies make it refreshing too. And the regular old cheeseburger just hits the spot. The chef is super friendly too. Pick up a beverage from the 7-11 across the street and then eat your food at one of the little tables—it will be one of the best meals you’ve had.
