    We lost power on the farm so I had to figure out something for dinner.
    A buddy had said good things about Azul so I headed on over.
    Did NOT disappoint!
    Carnitas is splendid. A bit savory sweet. On point carnitas texture. The cotija (I think) cheese threw me a bit, but it works.
    Pescado was fantastic. The fish fry (seasoning) was just the right amount of chile. Carne Asada was really good, but I preferred the other two proteins.

    I'm looking forward to eating my way through her menu.

    In other news, the power is back on!

    Best tacos in all of Oregon! Fresh, healthy good home made food! Best food within 100 mile radius!
