Van's Kitchen Thai & Laos Cuisine

Just recently found this place one night when a group of us wanted some beers and good food. Looked up yelp and had to drive out to JC to check it out and I am glad we did! I’m a yelper but I had to come and give my first review to this place because it’s new and I think everyone who loves Thai food needs to come and give them a try. I must say that this is the best Thai food I’ve had since moving from San Jose... Great atmosphere and a really cool and chill place to come and have drinks with friends at the Beer Station and get some delicious authentic Thai food. The owners are so sweet and friendly. I like my food spicy and they know how to make your food taste just right! I love the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Chicken larb and Thai pho! All my favs to have at a Thai place. I like my food with a lot of heat and they never disappoint. The portions are good and you pay for what you get. I’m always satisfied. My friend is a vegetarian and they have vegetarian items to choose from. She loves the tofu spring rolls with the dipping sauce. There are other food trucks there too but this one is my favorite and my go to when I’m here with friends or by myself. I haven’t tried it yet and I look forward to getting some next time but my coworker said the fried pork belly is amazing. I can’t wait to try some!

Stopped by because I heard great things and I was not let down. I tried the Pad-Kee-Mow with chicken and it was so delicious. Great portion for the price! Had a TV on the side of the truck with pictures of their food which helped a lot! Would recommend for anyone that loves Thai/Laos cuisine!

Great food. They were extremely helpful with explaining the menu for us newbies. I had the recommended red curry and my wife had the teriyaki chicken. Both were delicious.

Picked up a bunch of different dishes to go. Everything was really flavorful and well prepared. Excellent pad Thai and pad sew ee. Van and her husband are really nice. I asked for my dish to be spicy and she actually made it really hot. Will definitely be eating here again.

Delicious food! Very authentic and the owners are nice and friendly. I like my food spicy and the cook helped me choose what item I should order. I got the drunken noodle and it was very delicious and hit the spot! I will be coming back to try more when I visit again!
