Kirin City Restaurant

The food was amazing! Our table ordered both Japanese and Chinese food and both were great! The staff were very friendly and so hard working! Thank you for being open on Christmas day! You all are awesome!

Among the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is not super modified for American tastes but is not typically Asian either. Sushi is excellent with a large number of choices.

Unfortunately, the service is fair. Prompt in taking your order but they tend not to check in with diners either to determine if the food is okay or to present the bill.

Atmosphere — 1960s diner, which is understandable as it was a diner before it opened as Kirin City.

Egg flower soup. Yummy. Mushroom chicken Yummy. Goyza. Yummy. Everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. Servers were polite. I will be back.

I love Chinese food and Kirin City is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant and tops them all in my opinion. So welcoming and exceptional service. My first visit I went with my husband and mother-in-law and I have been back three more times. Lunch special runs M-F 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Take your family or get takeout, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Since my first review this is mine and my families go to place for Chinese food, it's just that good and honestly no other Chinese Restaurant competes in my opinion. Kirin is just too good.

Came back from Grants Pass and wanted sushi. I found this place and I’ll just say this place did not disappoint at all. Their hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had. Also the General Tso‘s chicken is authentic because it has jalapeño slices in it! It was all really delicious. We will be back again!
