Tasty gluten free options. We had a gluten free crust and a cauliflower crust, and both were nice and crispy with good flavor and texture.
Good place to get some pizza. Decent prices.
Trendy and hip, high ceilings, crisp, clean and modern. The wife brought my daughter and I here our first time on Dec. 29, 2019. She picked out the crust, sauce and toppings, the server slid it onto the oven conveyer, and a few minutes later we were eating our very own custom-built, yummy pizza. We arrived around 2:30 between the lunch crowds (only a few people there), and after we started eating, other people started trickling in and there was soon a good little line going. Definitely worth the visit!
Pieology is a build your own pizza place that is generally pretty good. There's a lot of choices for toppings for both meat and vegetables; they also have a few choices for plant-based proteins which is nice. Crust choices range from thin, thick, deep-dish, cauliflower, cheese-stuffed.
There's a good amount of indoor seating and you can choose a spot to sit while waiting for your pizza. They'll bring the pizza when it's finished directly to you.
While I wouldn't say it's my favorite, I have a nice time and leave satisfied whenever we end up here.
Firstly I want to say kudos to the workers here today, they did as best as they could with the staffing they had.
Otherwise, I waited for 40 minutes from the time I ordered to when I received my food. The pizza was good, but not wait for this long kind of good. Had I not paid, I would have left as I did not expect to spend an hour waiting/eating my lunch before resuming my errands. Whoever is in charge should ensure appropriate staffing. As I sit here finishing my pizza, there are six more people in line and only three employees as more stream in.
