I've been going to this Taco Time for 16 years, and I can't believe how my girlfriend and I were treated today. We went through the drive through; and at first, a man's voice told us to order, so we placed an order. Then, a woman's voice comes on, and asks us again for an order. We order what we want, again, but she kept saying, "You're too quiet, you need to speak up." However, we were SCREAMING our order, and she couldn't apparently hear us. The way she told us to speak up made us feel downgraded as a customer. I live a couple blocks from this Taco Time, and never have I had such bad service. If you guys fix the 'audio' problem or whatever made that employee treat us so bad, feel free to give me an email. I'd love to come back, but for now, I'm taking the extra trip to Eugene.
