Blackfish Cafe

Fantastic seafood and risotto. I had a beautiful halibut filet with a crab topping and risotto with a tang of sharp cheddar. My husband had the pan seared scallops and risotto which were equally good. Service was great. We were there on a Saturday night and the place was very noisy but the meal was superb and that was just a mild annoyance. Great birthday meal!

Went for lunch. Cheeseburger was ordered medium rare but came medium. My wife ordered bowl of chowder (which tasted good) but decided to take it to go. Server only put part of the chowder in the to go container....not all of it. Fish sandwich was good. Expected ambiance to be a little nicer ....they had wood stacked in one corner of restaurant.

Fish sandwich w/fries, bowl of chowder and cheeseburger w/fries, total $42. Seems expensive, but I realize prices are increased everywhere.

Food was good, even the vegetarian option! Looked like it could have easily been made vegan (but I didnt ask). Went on a pretty busy night, all of the servers and everyone that worked there were so clearly working so hard to make everyone happy, you could tell how much they cared. Of all the seafood places I've been, this is probably one of the best, I appreciated that they had 3 vegetarian options (counting the salad).

My family and I stopped here for a quick chowder lunch. Definitely not dissatisfied in the slightest. The chowder was fresh, packed with clams, and hit the spot. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

We will definitely be back next time we find ourselves in Lincoln City.

The service was very friendly and we were seated quite quickly. The food was pretty good, but very heavy. I think if I were to go again, I would try something a bit lighter. The food came out quite quickly too so if you're looking for a quick bite with a different menu, this might be a good place to stop.
