They cooked the fish nicely and the price was lower than other local restaurants at $11 for cod and $15 for halibut, but the pieces were a bit small. Nothing had that wow effect for flavor or portions but the tartar sauce was better than I usually find. They were quick considering that they were very busy, less than 10 min. We had to call in our order while standing outside but locals know to call ahead and avoid taking up space for very long in the small parking lot. It's a fine place for picking up a quick lunch or dinner at a fair price, compared to other local options. They use paper to go containers instead of cheap styrofoam, which I appreciate.

Have been hearing good things about this quaint little restaurant. Decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. Moderate prices and portions for the amount of work and love you can tell they clearly put in. I ordered a 4 pc combo (1 cod, 1 halibut, two shrimp, curly fries, and coleslaw). The cod was flaky and oh, so juicy. The halibut almost tasted buttery and again, juicy. The shrimp had an amazingly light batter and were PERFECTLY cooked. Very tender. You can tell their seafood is fresh, not frozen. The curly fries were crisp and well seasoned. Coleslaw was great too, it only needed a little bit of salt (but to each their own).

EDIT: Not going to change my old rating in hopes they'll improve, but things have gone a bit downhill. I believe the old cook must have left, because the food is not the same anymore- The clam chowder used to be the best but now it is overly thick, and the fish portions have diminished. I really hope they get back into the swing of things/get a more effective cook because they really were fantastic in the past!

Probably the best Fish & Chips I've ever had! I got the 4 piece (1 halibut/1 cod/ 2 shrimp) which came with coleslaw, your choice of fries (I reccomend the curly fries) and tartar sauce which was $10 and let me just say that is a GREAT deal for the quality of food you get! The fish is insanely fresh and you will leave feeling satisfied. The few disclaimers that other people have mentioned are certainly true though- this place gets incredibly busy and there can be a long wait, but it's more than worth it. The seating is pretty limited for how crowded it gets, but that honestly didn't phase me much and if that's not your thing, you can always get your order to go or better yet call it in!
