Flashbacks Fountain & Grill

We went here for dinner Saturday night then brought the family back for lunch Sunday. My grandson couldn't get enough of their cheesecake, it was amazing. The staff was nice and the portions were good sized. We are looking forward to stopping by on our next trip to Newport.

The milkshake was fun, the ice cream sundaes looked really fun (didn't order one, but saw several being delivered). The burgers were good, they got my son's special order correct, always a plus. The club sandwich was huge, the bacon was crispy, and everything was fresh. The fries were basic, but good. My son had fun playing in the arcade while we waited for food - they have a change machine for quarters.

We came in this evening to pick up a banana split. The hostess was this sweet young gal who convinced us to sit down and enjoy the dining experience! Boy was it worth it. The banana split was gorgeously made and the atmosphere was adorable. Whoever your hostess gal was on Sunday before closing, she was the highlight of our evening! Thank you ma'am!

Love the vibes for this 50s style diner. Food was amazing. 1lb burger is massive....I can't even imagine what the 2lb burger looks like. The bubble gum shake was the best I've ever had. The shake alone is reason enough to come back. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I absolutely love this place. I have been going here since they were across the bridge in south Beach. I grew up here and the food has always been Amazing. The only down fall is that I haven't been able to eat here for a while. I work too late to be able to take my family here and when I am off they are closed 😪 . They informed it's for family days. I totally I Understand that I have a family as well. Just wish I could eat here. Doesn't help that I live here but work out of town.
