Alonzo's is hands down my favorite taco place in albany, and probably anywhere. I've been going there for 16 years, and I still love it to this day. The staff are amazing. Lovely people. The food is consistent, so once you find something you enjoy, it won't change. Absolutely love their carne asada tacos. And their chips and salsa is always on point. One of my favorite places to dine, period. Absolutely love it, and will never stop supporting this business. If you want great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and great service this just might be the place you're looking for. And their alcoholic mixed drinks are good as well. I've gotten take-out a couple times here, and have been satisfied. They give chips and mild salsa with take-out orders. Burritos are large. They have a freezer of paletas. If you want hot salsa, ask for it.
