This is a wonderful spot for a quick family friendly meal and/or beer. I can go alone and have a beer and sandwich in peace, or I can bring the horde of kiddos and they can order themselves food and color. I will definitely be back and recommend it to friends!
Great burgers! Nice atmosphere. Simple yet good menu choices. Ask for specials. They are not always obvious.
I spilled two sodas on the ground, the staff was very nice and helpful to help clean it up. Free stickers and pens too! This place is great. 10/10 would go back for that delicious Medusa burger.
Went here for my birthday dinner, and it was amazing! Had a Dragons Egg burger with sweet potato fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks, and everything was so good! Service was great too and very fair prices. I look forward to going back.
Today I went to Big Foot Grill to make a to-go order for a hamburger and a milkshake, my wife’s and my favorite combination. As I entered Big Foot Grill, I think my mouth was already watering at the thought of a burger and shake! Once inside I eagerly ordered, but was told that shakes were not made after 4:00. It was 4:30. I was so disappointed. I texted my wife with the sad news and she responded, “Huh? What’s that all about? Cows go on strike after 4?” I read her text to the waitress and she chuckled. Then I politely asked why no shakes after 4? She said the menu changes at 4, it gets busy, and the mixer is noisy. I looked around. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant. I said, “Could you make an exception? I’m the only customer here and I don’t mind the noise.” She said she couldn’t. Since I was the only customer and there were about 4 employees waiting for business, I asked if she could get permission from the manager. She said no because she had gotten into trouble before with the manager. Wow. I left with burger in hand but without a shake. I wondered, is that a good way to gain a happy, loyal customer? I don’t think so! I recommend that you rethink your 4 pm cut-off for shakes, be more flexible, and seek first, when reasonable, to do your utmost to satisfy your customers. Thank you! P.S. The burger was very good!
