I love the Chicken on a Stick here because it's always fresh. Most people get the food to go, but there is a small dining area available for eating food & drinks purchased in the store. If you don't want to pay Oregon's bottle deposit ("tax"), you might choose a drink from the fountain. The truck stop and retail station are usually very busy, so there may be a short wait at the counter to get food. At least two people behind the counter ready to help throughout the day, so the register line moves quick.”

“Great experience at Red Robin tonight. We arrived at 5pm on a Friday, and it was pretty busy. We were seated in a very reasonable amount of time considering how busy it was. Our server was Megan, and she was excellent. Attentive, yet patient, but not pushy by any means. Food was delicious, and priced right. Recommend this location to all. The one in Eugene is horrible!!”

“Boyfriend and I are huge Italian food lovers. The food and quantity of food was amazing for the price. I could tell it was very authentic. They really put a lot of effort in to their dishes. They even brought out a fresh meatball with cheese and extra sauce for my boyfriend because they had to make a fresh batch. The service was perfect and consistent. They were all very nice and on top of their game. The drinks were amazing as well and the scenery was very welcoming. “Big town is by far one the best sandwich place around! I honestly don’t think I have been to another that has had a better sandwich. The bread is Always fresh, which to me is a big deal. Other places bread can be stale and dry and chewy. I could eat just the bread from big town every day. The customer service is always on point with friendly and helpful staff. I’m always greeted with a smile and my food is made very fast. Even when they are busy, I get my food in a timely manner. Its always nice when I can call ahead and ask for a sandwich and all I have to do it come in and pick it up. I always recommend Big Town and am glad to support a locally owned business.”
