Nancy's Burgers And Fries

It was my first time having Nancy's, last Saturday (1/4/2020). I'm very impressed with the burgers being fresh made, irregular patties! The staff was cool, my friend and I came in at closing and they let us stay to eat while they did their close down. Only thing I took issue with was hearing the cooks having a conversation peppered with swearing. There is a time and place to have that kind of convo, and on the clock ain't it. Other than that, great place.

Huge, tasty burgers in the classic diner tradition. And best fries I've had in ages. Found by chance because In-N-Out was too crowded - no regrets after finding this local gem!

I really enjoy this burger place. However, I just finished work and wanted a burger, but didn’t want to support the new In-N-Out so decided on Nancy’s. But I got there at 9:01 and the cashier said nope, we’re closed. There were other people inside enjoying food. This annoyed me to no end. I didn’t feel like a valued customer.

To be honest, my last two trips I've been slightly disappointed. Nancy's traditionally has great burgers. My last two experiences were missing that uniqueness and quality I've come to expect. Not sure if it is the expansion all over town or maybe just a few off times. I'll be back and especially with a large chain moving in, it is still a better option than most. I'll update after my next experience.

Order accuracy is lacking... The order taker asked if I wanted leaf or iceberg lettuce, I said iceberg and asked for grilled onions - and got neither. Other than that, the burger was good, and the fries as you'd expect from a place that cuts then fresh... Need to check the syrup levels on the sodas, too, mine was sweeter than normal.
